Hypothetical estimate, not a measured result or a promise. It assumes every finished job gets a review request and uses the review rate you choose. Kudos costs $1,188 a year after your free 14 days. Customers decide whether to leave a review, and not every review leads to a new job.
Your first 14 days are free, and so is setup. No card is needed to start. At the end of your 14 days, if you want to keep going, Andrew sends you a payment link for $99 a month. One plan, everything included.
There’s no contract. During your free 14 days, just tell Andrew you don’t want to continue and you won’t get a payment link. After that, call or text (610) 844-5043 and you won’t be billed again.
No. Kudos is month to month and has to earn your business every month.
A Google Business Profile and your customers’ names and cell numbers, either in your job software or in a list. We handle everything else on the setup call.
No. Each customer gets one short, friendly text and at most one reminder. Past-customer lists go out gradually.
